Incomplete quote on the future of IDN TLDS
When asked by an Internet-friend whether there will be single-character TLDs in IDN and non-IDN, I responded. My response was quoted incompletely In the Warrens’ Washington Internet Daily as:

ICANN recognizes Palestine as a country.
Some have argued that ICANN sees itself as a government, with the rights and privileges of a government. I have strongly argued against this. In the ICANN Board meeting of 5 August 2010, the Board made a pronouncement that has perhaps convinced me that I am wrong.
